You can order online using your MasterCard, Visa, JCB or American Express with all transactions being in U.K. pounds . Our online store features an encryption program, which protects your financial informations during transmission.

When will you charge my card?

Collectiblesdirect.co.uk charges your debit/credit card or Paypal account for your order when you place your order no matter in stock or pre-order items unless you use our Layaway Plan service which we only ask for a 10% non-refundable deposit.  OVERDRAFT / OVER LIMIT FEES / EXCHANGE RATES

Collectiblesdirect.co.uk is not responsible for any overdraft / over limit fees that may occur on the customer’s account due to delayed, misdirected or returned Item Arrival or Processing Notification e-mails.

Search Box: This feature is located at the top-right of our site. You can use the default search which is by key word.

Do I need an account to order?

If you wish to purchase from us online, then you will need to create an online user account. This will take less then a few minutes.

Delivery/Shipping Restrictions

In this age of identity theft, Collectiblesdirect.co.uk protects its customers and their financial information as much as possible. One of the ways that we do this is to only ship orders to the customer’s billing address or place of business. If you choose to send your order to your business address, then you will need to include your business name with that address information, otherwise we will send the item to your billing address.

Additional Fees due to incorrect shipments

Customers are responsible for maintaining up to date billing and shipping information within their online account, including information on any pre-orders or in-stock orders. They are also responsible for canceling any unwanted orders before we ship them from our warehouse.

If any packages are incorrectly shipped due to late cancellation of the order or due to incorrect shipping information, then the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that result in the sending and retrieval of the package.

If your order is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping information and you would like it reshipped out to you, then you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

What does PRE-ORDER mean referring to product?

A product status of Pre-Order means that the product is currently in production, or the process of being created. It can be reserved or pre-ordered but will not ship out to you until it arrives into our warehouse. The item’s web page will indicate a quarter of the year or specific month that the item is expected to be received into our warehouse. You will be sent more specific information via e-mail before the product arrives if you have provided us with your e-mail address!

As a reminder, all of our items ship directly to domestic U.K. and international locations from our U.K. Warehouse.  Please  contact us for a ship quote  to your specific destination prior to ordering! International clients will be responsible to pay VAT and / or import fees to the carrier upon delivery. In many cases our products are duty free but please make sure to check with your customs offices for details.

7 days return/exchange policy (Product Guarantee)

We guarantee that every item we sell directly will give you complete satisfaction or you may return it for a replacement or for a refund of the purchase price (UK£), within 7 days of receipt of the item.

 

Customers who purchased from Collectiblesdirect.co.uk should note that all returns/exchanges must be sent to us and received within 7 days of the original delivery date of the product to you. The product must be returned in its original box/packaging in the same condition as it was sent to you. This means that the item must be returned intact with figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, outer shipment box as well as in a double boxed shipping carton, if this is how it was sent to you. Returned items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper packing may be assessed a damage product fee, of up to 100% of the product price.

 

Due to the limited edition nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that the item(s) can be replaced at the time of return or that damaged specific edition numbers can be replaced with the same number. In this case, we would offer a full refund of the purchase price.

Collectiblesdirect.co.uk will not replace / exchange brown outer shipping cartons or base an exchange solely on the style of shipping carton you received. The shipping cartons are made to shield the item inside from damage during the shipping process and are not considered a part of the item’s packaging. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return / exchange is a result of our error such as a defect / damage or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us. Refunds will be the purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges.
