Cancellation and Returns policy


I would like to cancel an item, what should I do? 

You may cancel the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days from the point of ordering.

1. Please send email to [email protected] with your order ID  and reason to ask for a cancellation. We usually send a response to you within 24 hours during working days.

2. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

3. For per-orders or instock items on layaway plan, unless orders are cancelled within 7 calendar days from the point of ordering, a cancellation fee, which is 10% of the total value of the order to be cancelled, will be charged.


I would like to return an item, what should I do? 

Please send email to [email protected] with your order ID and reason to ask for a return. We usually response you within 24 hours.


**Unwanted items

In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If the unwanted items are unopened (which means either the factory seals or our seals as we need to open boxes to check content conditions) and returned in their original condition including tags and packaging, we will refund you money which you have paid us for those items, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required.

You will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had free delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs (minimum £12.00) once goods are returned. And there is a 10% of order total as restock fee will be charged.

We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

**Faulty or Defective Items
In the event that an item is defective, faulty or sent in error by us, you may return the item(s) by post, or may contact us to arrange a courier to retrieve the item(s) within 14 calendar days from the day after the item was dispatched to the buyer to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Due to the complexity of certain products, no exchanges can be given on selected items.  If a replacement is available, we will send the replacement free of charge.

We will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of any postal or courier charges paid by the customer as part of their initial order (except Saturday special delivery service within the UK mainland). 

For orders to be shipped out of the UK, the original shipping cost non-refundable because there is no standard delivery option available but only the Express delivery service by carrier companies. Customers need to cover the return postage and we cover the postage for sending replacements.
Please note that 'defective' means the item doesn't work properly i.e. lights-up function doesn't work. Any painting problems are not covered.
We are not responsible for quality control, we are only a retailer.
We recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Your refund will be processed within 14
calendar days of receipt of the return.
