I emailed on Wednesday asking if something was in stock and received a prompt reply from Lee saying it was. I ordered the item straight away and in just over 24 hours later, I have received the item. The Layaway plan is the greatest thing ever, you are able to spread the cost and are not forced to pay a specific amount each month. Lee always responds to emails within the hour. Stumbled across CollectablesDirect as I was wanting to purchase (for the first time a specific figure for my sons 14th birthday). I was a little hesitant at first and emailed Admin who replied promptly to my email.

I've been buying most of my new collectibles from Collectibles Direct since early 2012, before I started buying from the website they always answered all of my enquiries very promptly, giving me the answers I was looking for & Lee's helpful, friendly manner stood out. I started using collectiblesdirect since December last year, what can I say but excellent!!!! I have used others but nothing compares to collectiblesdirect. Lee has looked after me big time and nothing is to much trouble. What I like most about them is there price plan but most of all is all my emails are answered. Thay are now my only supplier and am always telling other collectors about them. So much so I've been asked if am on a commission lol. Keep up the good work guys and you get A+++++ from me.
